How do I book an appointment with Stephanie?
Text Stephanie at (303) 505-0046 when you are ready to book or need to communicate about an existing appointment. Vagaro also remains available as the online booking platform.
What if I’m not sure what service to book?
Start with Not Sure What to Book?, which routes you by the result you want rather than expecting you to know salon terminology. Use the service pages to choose the closest appointment type; Stephanie confirms the final service plan with you in the chair.
Do I need to book a separate consultation first?
No. Gypsy Cosmo does not use a separate consultation appointment as the normal first step. Consultation happens in the chair at the beginning of the service you booked, before cutting, coloring, lightening, corrective work, or extension installation begins.
What happens during the in-chair consultation?
Stephanie confirms your hair history and current starting point, the result you want, realistic expectations, maintenance, the service plan, and pricing when applicable. You can also read How the In-Chair Consultation Works before your appointment.

What services does Gypsy Cosmo specialize in?
Gypsy Cosmo’s specialty focus includes Vivid Fashion Color, Balayage, Blonding, Corrective Color, and Hair Extensions. Haircuts, styling, highlights, toner, root maintenance, conditioning treatments, and related salon services are also available. See Services & Pricing for the current menu.
How does pricing work?
The website uses Stephanie’s current owner-approved price list. Some services have fixed prices and others use starting prices or ranges. When the final price depends on your starting point or service plan, Stephanie confirms the plan and applicable pricing in the chair before the work begins. Prices are subject to change.
What are Gypsy Cosmo’s hours?
Gypsy Cosmo is available by appointment Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday are closed.
Should I arrive with clean hair?
Arrive with reasonably clean hair unless Stephanie gives you different instructions for your appointment. The idea that greasy hair automatically makes color take better is not part of Gypsy Cosmo’s service guidance.
Appointment policies
How much notice is required to cancel or reschedule?
Please give at least 4 days / 96 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Appointment time is reserved specifically for you, so if something comes up, text Stephanie as early as possible.
What happens with a late cancellation?
For a first late cancellation, 50% of the scheduled service is charged and credited toward the next appointment when you reschedule. For a second late cancellation, 50% of the scheduled service is charged and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
What is the no-call / no-show policy?
A no-call / no-show results in a 50% charge for the scheduled service. Future appointments after a no-call / no-show may require full payment in advance, and repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
Plans change. The important part is communicating early. Text Stephanie if something comes up so the reserved appointment time can be handled according to the current policy.

Gypsy Cosmo Salon is at 1931 Sheridan Boulevard, Unit H-I, Edgewater, CO 80214. There are no special arrival instructions currently required.
Who is welcome at Gypsy Cosmo?
Gypsy Cosmo is intended to be a safe, welcoming, judgment-free salon for all genders, identities, orientations, backgrounds, styles, and walks of life. Individuality is celebrated here. Racism, homophobia, transphobia, hate, harassment, Nazi ideology, and discrimination are not part of the space.
